Common Texture Shipping

We ship worldwide to 60+ countries with FREE shipping to Europe and Australia and a flat fee rate for all other destinations.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We ship to 60+ destinations worldwide with FREE shipping to Europe and Australia and charge a flat fee rate of €7.95 to all other destinations. New destinations are added constantly, so please check with us by sending us an email at info@commontexture.com if your country does not appear. We can accommodate express delivery to a selection of destinations at buyer's expense.

After dispatch we will email you with your personal tracking number. Delivery will most likely take 7 - 21 days. If your item has not turned up after 21 days, please contact us at info@commontexture.com. Express delivery will most likely take 3 - 5 days. Shipping times may vary from country to country and longer if you live remotely.

Common Texture is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.  However as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility. Common Texture will also not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process, force of nature or other uncontrollable events.  Thank you for your understanding. 
 

LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipping is at the customers risk. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once items have been dispatched we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels. We will redeliver, replace or refund an item that is incorrectly addressed by Common Texture however we do not take responsibility for any items that were processed with an incorrect address at the checkout. Please be sure all of your information is entered correctly as we want your package to arrive safely as much as you do!

All our products are carefully checked before packing. Refunds or exchanges will be offered only if the item was damaged during transit or the wrong item was received. If your item was damaged during transit, please send us a photo of the damage as soon as it arrives. Upon assessment, we will either request that you return the item for us to fix, or issue a refund. 

We would like to resolve issues for you efficiently and fuss free. If you believe an item to be faulty please contact Common Texture via email within 7 days. Please remember that our products are handcrafted. We embrace the beauty in the handmade and appreciate the natural irregularities that may appear in textiles because they are created by the human hand.
