returns & exchanges

Due to the limited edition and origin of our products all orders are final sale. If you would like additional information on a product please send us an email at info@commontexture.com. We would love to assist you in any way we can.


All our products are carefully checked before packing. Refunds or exchanges will be offered only if the item was damaged during transit or the wrong item was received. If your item was damaged during transit, please send us a photo of the damage as soon as it arrives. Upon assessment, we will either request that you return the item for us to fix, or issue a refund.
